If something is wrong

Tell us first. Most things can be put right in an hour.

Full refund

If your invitation link does not open for your guests and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of you telling us, we refund the full amount, no questions.

Changed your mind

An invitation is delivered the moment you publish, so we cannot take it back once it has been shared. If you have not shared it with anyone and write to us within 7 days of paying, we will refund you.

How it comes back

Refunds go back the way you paid, through Razorpay, and usually show within 5 to 7 working days.
