Short, because there is not much to say.

What you are buying

One digital invitation: a card you fill in, published as a link you can share with as many guests as you like. The price is shown before you pay. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Edits

You can change the invitation after publishing, as often as you like, at no charge. The link stays the same, so everyone who already has it sees the new version.

One invitation is for one couple and one occasion. Once a guest has opened it, you can still correct either name, but not change both, and you can move the date by up to six months. Edits close two weeks after the last function; the invitation stays online for your guests after that.

How long the link lives

Your link does not expire. It stays online for as long as Gladly Invited runs. If we ever have to close, we will say so on this site three months ahead.

What you may not do

You are buying the use of one invitation, not the design behind it. The cards, their code, their artwork and their words stay with Gladly Invited. You may share your own invitation with anyone you like. You may not copy, download, republish or adapt a card's design, code or artwork to make invitations for other people, and you may not scrape or bulk-copy this site. If you would like to use a design in some other way, write to [email protected] first.

Your content

You are responsible for what you put on the invitation: names, dates, verses, photographs. Do not put in anything you do not have the right to use.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep every link working. If something goes wrong on our side and we cannot put it right, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid. See Refunds.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
