Short, because there is not much to say.

What you are buying

One digital invitation: a card you fill in, published as a link you can share with as many guests as you like. The price is shown before you pay. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Edits

You can change the invitation after publishing, as often as you like, at no charge. The link stays the same, so everyone who already has it sees the new version.

How long the link lives

At least a year after the last function on the invitation, and for as long as Gladly Invited runs. If we ever have to close, we will say so on this site three months ahead.

What you may not do

The designs, code and artwork belong to Gladly Invited. You may share your invitation with anyone. You may not copy a card's design or code to make invitations for others, or sell them.

Your content

You are responsible for what you put on the invitation: names, dates, verses, photographs. Do not put in anything you do not have the right to use.

Our responsibility

We do our best to keep every link working. If something goes wrong on our side and we cannot put it right, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid. See Refunds.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
